Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
AIT’s commitment is to establish and implement corporate responsibility policies, anti-corruption policies, employee code of conduct, and policies for spreading ethical values and “escalation.” Corporate sustainability involves taking a holistic approach to business models and processes based on environmental, social, and corporate governance principles to achieve a sustainable future.
The principles we prioritize in our corporate responsibility practices are as follows
- Compliance with Ethical Values: We conduct all our activities based on principles of honesty, transparency, and compliance with ethical values. We carry out our work in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring trustworthiness and preserving our reputation.
- Employee Rights: We are committed to creating a reliable, healthy, and fair working environment for our employees, without any discrimination, by enabling them to exercise all their rights fully and accurately.
- We provide suitable conditions for our employees to work in a safe and healthy environment, minimizing hazards in the workplace. We regularly provide them with training on health and safety to raise awareness and consciousness about their well-being.
- Considering the personal rights of our employees, we plan working hours and leave days fairly. We do not engage in any practices that would compel our employees to work under duress.
- We instill in our employees the principles of justice, equality, and honesty within the organization. They are expected to perform their duties without discrimination based on language, religion, philosophical belief, political opinion, race, gender, age, physical disability, or similar reasons. They must not engage in treatment or practices that contradict human rights and freedoms, restrict equal opportunities, and those who do so cannot be ignored.
- While performing their duties, employees must behave in a manner that instills confidence in the management of the organization and demonstrates that they are deserving of reputation and trust. They should refrain from any behavior that undermines trust, raises doubts, or compromises the principle of fairness.
- We ensure that our employees work in a harmonious environment, respecting their freedom of thought and opinion.
- Unit employees who do not come to work without permission or without providing an excuse are documented by unit supervisors, and the accounting unit is notified of the days the employee did not come to work. If an employee does not come to work without a valid excuse for three consecutive days, the accounting unit initiates the legal process.
- Within the workplace during working hours, employees are obliged to approach each other with respect. Fighting, derogatory speech, and behaviors that undermine reputation are prohibited. In the event of such a situation among employees, unit supervisors inform the general manager. Necessary investigations are conducted, and legal regulations are activated.
- The use of our company’s activities for any illegal or improper purpose is strictly prohibited for our employees. No individual or organization can benefit from bribery, gifts, or any other means in our name. Similarly, no individual or organization can accept money or benefits that are contrary to laws and regulations. Unit supervisors report employees who engage in such behavior to the general manager, and the accounting unit is responsible for initiating the necessary legal procedures.
- All our employees are encouraged to express their desires and complaints, which are addressed by unit supervisors, and solutions are found to resolve these issues.
- We pay attention to the compliance of all our business partners, especially our suppliers, with A.I.T. standards in the field of corporate responsibility and ensure that they adhere to these practices.
